Your safety

NCT remains deeply committed to the health and safety of our visitors, artists and staff. With safety for all at the forefront, NCT has implemented a mandatory mask policy and proper mask usage for all employees and visitors to the Imagination Theatre and grounds (the “Theatre”).

NCT will strive to communicate substantial changes to our health and safety protocols in advance of performances. Visitors and Ticket Holders should review this page periodically to identify changes impacting one’s ability to attend based on individual circumstances.

NCT may, at its sole discretion, refuse to allow admission to any visitor or Ticket Holder who does not comply with these policies.

Tickets

Help us serve you in the best manner possible by purchasing your tickets only through NCT’s online box office on Quicket

NCT is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties. Tickets purchased from third parties may not be valid and may be unusable for admittance, and we cannot replace lost or stolen third-party tickets. Additionally, we will be unable to contact holders of such tickets about program changes or cancellations.

Refunds/exchanges

We regret we cannot refunds tickets for performances you miss. If you’ve misplaced your tickets, contact support@quicket.co.za to re-issue your tickets.

Exchanges are valid for performances within the season of purchase only and are subject to availability.

Section/Group Booking

NCT offers reduced rates for section/group bookings. Please contact Cindy Gordon for further information at cindy@nctt.org.za or 011 484 1584.

Purchases at NCT’s online box office on Quicket or by phone have a 14 ticket limit. If bulk purchasing is detected on the part of individuals, households, bots, patrons, or companies creating duplicate accounts to purchase more than the stated limit, orders may be cancelled without consideration.

Performance cancellations

In the unlikely event that we must cancel a performance, we will contact ticket holders via email regarding the transfer of tickets for future possible dates.

While we make every effort to contact ticket holders in the event rain forces a show to be cancelled, we also ask ticket holders to check NCT’s social media pages (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram @NCTheatreSA) for last minute changes and re-booking information.

Minimum age requirements

All performances are appropriate for ages 3+ as long as guests are not disruptive to other patrons’ enjoyment of the performance.

NCT welcomes and accommodates patrons with limited mobility. Please contact Cindy on cindy@nctt.org.za or 011 484 1584 before arrival to make necessary arrangements.

Media release

Use of any NCT ticket acknowledges your willingness to appear in photographs and videos taken in the public areas of the theatre and releases NCT from the liability for the use of such photographs and images.

Recording devices

The photographing, video and/or sound recording of the performance without the prior written permission of NCT management is prohibited by law, as is the use of phones or any other electronic device during the performance.
